These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the 11+ Vocabulary Practice mobile application and website (together, the "Service") operated by BKTY LTD ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Where a child uses the Service, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms on the child's behalf.

3. The Service

11+ Vocabulary Practice provides vocabulary learning tools for children preparing for the UK 11+ examination. The Service includes daily lessons, quizzes, spaced repetition, progress tracking, and a parent dashboard.

The Service is intended for children aged approximately 9 to 11, used under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

4. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account using a valid email address. You must verify your email address before you can log in.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Please notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

Children must not register without a parent or guardian's knowledge and consent.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Reverse engineer, copy or reproduce the Service
• Upload harmful, offensive or inappropriate content
• Use automated tools to access the Service without permission
• Impersonate any person or organisation

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the Service — including vocabulary definitions, example sentences, quiz content, design, and software — is owned by or licensed to BKTY LTD. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

Your account data and learning progress belong to you.

7. Cost and Payments

The Service is currently free to download and use. The app offers optional premium subscriptions (monthly and yearly) and a one-time lifetime purchase via Apple In-App Purchase. A free tier is available with limited features.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or withdraw the Service for maintenance or other reasons without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BKTY LTD is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will delete your account and associated data within 30 days. Deleting the app from your device does not delete your account.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
